Terms for using CheapAI in production.

By accessing or using CheapAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

CheapAI provides an API platform for voice, audio, music, image generation, task processing, credits, webhooks, and API key management. Some service behavior depends on internal infrastructure and processing partners.

• You must provide a valid email address
• You are responsible for the security of your API keys
• You must not share account credentials with unauthorized parties
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service

• The platform uses a prepaid credit model
• Consumed credits are non-refundable except where required by law
• Standard credit packs may expire according to the active billing terms
• Lifetime or promotional credits may follow separate rules when explicitly stated
• We may change pricing or packaging with prior notice

You agree not to use the service to:

• Generate content that violates applicable law
• Generate CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, or violent illegal content
• Attack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse the API
• Resell access without written permission

• You are responsible for activity performed with your API keys
• Compromised keys should be revoked immediately
• We are not liable for unauthorized usage caused by leaked credentials

We aim for high availability, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Parts of the platform depend on storage, networks, and processing systems outside our direct control.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Request payloads may be processed by infrastructure or service partners as needed to fulfill the product.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHEAPAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time. Unused credits follow the active billing policy for your plan or package.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
